Save the Children Adventure Volunteering Kakadu 2014 gives you the opportunity to make a real difference and volunteer in an Aboriginal community. Trek through stunning landscapes in Kakadu and immerse yourself in the local culture. You'll also help create long-term change for children in Australia by raising much-needed funds before you go.
Kakadu 2014 offers you the unique opportunity to volunteer at a local development program in an Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory. While it's certainly powerful to donate money to a good cause, volunteering your time is even more life changing.
The adventure also includes challenging yourself physically with a trek through Australia's iconic Kakadu National Park and canoeing along the Katherine River. The trip will conclude with a day at one of Save the Children's School Attendance Programs in Darwin where you'll have the opportunity to volunteer and meet the local children and families.
