Central Australian Singing Inc presents Desert Song Festival, a celebration of the singer and the song, on stages and in heritage buildings and natural ampitheatres in and around Alice Springs from September 4th to 13th. Hear Arrkanala Lyhilitjika, the story of over 120 years of choral practice in remote Australia, performed by the Central Australian Aboriginal Women's Choir freshly returned from their acclaimed Boomerang Tour of Germany. Celebrate 10 years of Asante Sana, Alice Springs's seasonal community choir at locations in and around Ross River Resort. Rejoice in music from many faiths at Sacred Song.
